1.7.2022
We need God to appear to us and make himself known to us. For not only is God beyond our understanding, his works and his ways are contrary to mankind’s natural assumptions about him. In other words, the truth about God cannot possibly be discovered by us. Rather, it needs to be uncovered for us. That’s what the Spirit is doing for us during this season of Epiphany. Week after week, surprising truths about Jesus our King and life in his kingdom will be uncovered. We worship at the Phi Delta Kappa Hall located at 11311 Phi Delt Way, Odessa, 33556.

Bible Study Opportunities
YOU’RE INVITED – WOMEN OF PEACE BIBLE STUDY
Tuesday, January 11 @ 7 PM
Join the Women of Peace for Bible Study and then a brief meeting. This group serves the Savior through various service projects and supporting mission work.
Bible Study Topic: What do the Ten Commandments do for you? Do they send you on a guilt trip? Are they a mirror of your frailties? Or do they hold life-changing love? The miracle of the Commandments is that even after thousands of years, they still hold everything we need to live in relationship with God and with one another. In this women’s Bible study, you will see yourself and how pride, insecurity, grudges, and coveting damage relationships. Each narrative also shows exactly why we still need Jesus and His perfect, Commandment-keeping love.
All Ladies of Peace are invited to an online Bible Study on Tuesday, January 11 at 7:00 PM. A link will be sent out over email. You can also connect through Facebook and our website. If you would like to join, but would like more details, please contact Cindy Cochran (727) 236-7022.

New Wednesday Afternoon Bible Study
Wednesdays at 1:30pm
God’s grace was powerfully at work in the Christian congregation at Corinth. It was a congregation that dealt with serious problems, but the gospel helped them through challenging times. The same gospel of God’s grace is at work in our lives as servants in God’s kingdom. Join us online this Wednesday afternoon as we begin a new study in 2 Corinthians – The Good News & the Christian’s Personal Ministry.
